Har Ye started HYK Consulting in 2018 to support a community need.
Today, HYK Consulting is a collaborative agency serving the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. It is known for its big-picture thinking, relationship building, and ability to connect the dots in fresh, unconventional ways.
Its work spans across scales, from age-in-place residential design in small urban lots to neighborhoods, campuses, suburban redevelopments, and agricultural edges… blending the urban and the natural, the past and the future.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, HYK Consulting provides planning, design, and strategic thinking services grounded in three key values:
intentional engagement,
