Hi. I am Har Ye. I grew up on the tropical island of Singapore: a remarkable garden city-state where cultures meld.

I spent the first two decades of my life in Asia, and the last two in England and the United States. Detours to cities, coasts, and the countryside across Western Europe, Scandinavia, and the Asia-Pacific opened my eyes to the rich and varied ways communities are created.

If there is one primary observation, it is this:

Strong relationships + Thoughtful planning/design + Strategic implementation

= Great place-making and Community building

I believe in serving communities, in education, and that life is not a random walk. Since 2008, I have pursued these passions through different capacities.

Today, I mostly work with people and places in harnessing their stories and potential, while raising social, cultural, and environmental awareness.
